DOES GIFTOLOGY SHIP AS SHOWN?

Yes. All of our products come in a black matte laminate box with perfect packaging to ensure the items are perfectly set when you open the box.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders take about 2-4 working days to get delivered. For urgent deliveries please get in touch with us, we’ll do our best to make it happen.

 

MY ORDER IS BEING SHIPPED AS A GIFT, CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE?

We are happy to work with you to make sure that your gift is received within a certain window of your desired date. Email us your desired delivery date at info@yourgiftology.com, and we'll work with you to make this happen.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We only ship within Hong Kong.

 

WHAT IS THE SIZE OF EACH BOX?

Our standard boxes are approximately 10.5” x 10.5” x 3.6”, and our petite boxes are approximately 8.5” x 8.5” x 3.6”. They are sturdy boxes in matte black, with our logo embossed in rose gold-foil respectively, on the lid.

 

WHAT’S INSIDE EACH PACKAGE?

We carefully curate each gift box, and we ship exactly what you see listed on the product page. On the rare occasion that we are out of stock on a certain item, we will contact you and substitute in an item of equal or greater value at no cost to you. Please note there may be slight variation in colour due to screen resolutions.

 

DO THE BOXES COME WITH A NOTE?

Each gift box includes notecard with a personalised message & envelope with wax seal.

 

HELP, I ACCIDENTALLY PROVIDED INCORRECT INFORMATION - CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Please be sure to double check shipping address, personalization, sizing, etc. prior to placing your order. We begin processing orders right away, and changes may not be made once the order is placed. We will do our best to accommodate if we have not already made your item or shipped your order out. CAN I CUSTOMIZE A GIFT BOX?

IF I CHANGE MY MIND, CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled.

 

MY ORDER IS A GIFT - I DO NOT WANT A RECEIPT OR PRICING SHOWN.

Not to worry - because the majority of our items are sent as gifts, we never include receipts or packing slips inside the packages.

We promise we will never sell or give out any information you provide us, to anyone.

 

IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION PROTECTED?

Absolutely. All transactions are secure and encrypted and we don't store any of your payment information.

 

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express. You can also make a local bank transfer to our HSBC Account.

 

IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?

While we do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible, per-box shipping is an additional cost.
